Dear Jon,
Thank you
for the
generous
donation of
your time
and
technical
support. I
really like
the new web
site you
hosted for
our center
at no
charge. It
is easy to
use and
includes all
the
important
information
we want to
get out to
the public.
I am looking
forward to
hearing just
how many
people visit
the site and
use the
information.
Your
generous
donation of
the laser
printer has
really made
things much
easier for
us here
also.
Your company
has been a
blessing to
us. We
could never
afford all
the
technical
services
that you
generously
provide to
us as a
donation.
Thank you
again for
all of the
services
that you
give to us.

Service,

Mr. Jon
Acord
JRA Computer
Dear Jon:
I want to
thank you
again for
all of the
work JRA
Computer has
done for us
over the
past 2
years. When
we first
contacted
you, we were
overwhelmed
with
computer
problems and
didn't know
where to
turn. A
friend
suggested
your
company, and
it was one
of the best
business
decisions we
have made.
Whether it
was setting
up our
in-office
network or
updating our
existing
systems, JRA
Computer has
been fast,
reliable,
and
reasonably
priced. You
have
exceeded our
expectations.
Again, I
applaud you
for the
outstanding
service and
am happy to
recommend
your company
to anyone
who will
listen.
Sincerely,
Dennis J.

Jon,
Even though
its late I
wanted to
thank you so
much for
helping me
out over the
phone the
other day.
I know you
didnt have
the time to
stop by, and
probably
didnt have
the time to
spend on the
phone that
you did ?
but all your
suggestions
definitely
worked. The
PC was
useable
again right
away.
The computer
has remained
in good
shape too
for the past
few days and
that is a
blessing
when you
have two
kids that
are on it
all of the
time.
Not only did
I want to
say thank
you, but
also that I
definitely
will not
forget you
helping me
out ? both
in terms of
home or work
issues that
need
resolution.
Its always
important to
know people
that can do
the job and
I was very
impressed
with your
work. Also,
tell me
where you
want me to
send you a
check to
cover your
time on the
phone, you
definitely
helped me
out a lot.
Just let me
know.
Thanks,

Everything
is great
Jon...thanks
for the
follow up.
Trust me,
you're the
FIRST person
I call from
now on if
they aren't!
thanks
again,
Elisa

One of the
Pitfalls of
Building it
Yourself
Building
your own
computer has
its inherent
risks, such
as
compatibility
of parts and
lack of any
real
technical
support
beyond slow
response
e-mails, and
telephone
support that
is often out
sourced to
countries
where
English isnt
even their
second
language.
This is one
of the
pitfalls of
building it
yourself.
This played
back in mind
as I
struggled
with a
problem I
had never
encountered,
one where I
was
literally
left with a
pile of
expensive
technology
that would
not turn on,
despite
working
flawlessly
for a number
of months
prior. Help
was only an
e-mail away.
After a
quick search
I found JRA
Computers
and sent Jon
an e-mail.
This was at
11:30pm at
night, and I
received a
response
from him
within 15
minutes! The
following
day I
dropped off
my nightmare
at his home,
and after a
couple of
minutes I
was more
than
confident he
knew these
things
backwards
and
forwards.
Confidence
is big thing
when you
leave
something so
important
with someone
else, and
not found
with the
newest
(trainee) at
a (big box)
store.
Although the
problem was
much more
complex than
we had both
originally
anticipated,
Jon was able
to get it
running to
the point
where I was
able to
back-up my
valuable
data, and
diagnose the
problem in
detail to
the point
where I
didnt feel
as if I was
dealing with
a slick
talking
mechanic
selling me
something I
didnt need,
another
trait of the
(big box)
stores. Jon
kept me
posted as to
the progress
he made and
answered my
e-mail
promptly; he
also helped
me make
arrangements
to get the
parts
replaced
that had
failed,
fixing
everything
within a
time frame
that no (do
it
yourselfer)
could
possibly
achieve
without
blowing
through
expensive
parts, and
hours on
phone
support, at
a more than
reasonable
price.
Thanks again
for you help
Jon!

note, I just
happened to

Jon,
I wanted to
thank you
for your
help in
getting my
computer
back up and
running.
After failed
attempts by
my service
provider and
lack of
response
from other
computer
repair
vendors, I
was amazed
at your
willingness
to help over
the phone
and your
success on
the first
attempt. I
am now
connected
once again.
Again,
thanks for
all your
help.
Cheers,
Sandie

Hi Jon,
I just
wanted to
say thanks
again for
all of your
help with
our
computers on
Friday. It
was a
pleasure
talking with
you and
seeing how
you work. I
will contact
you sometime
soon to
discuss
enhancements
for my
company?s
website (www.manerlawton.com).
I am out of
town next
week but
will follow
up. Thanks
again.
Best
regards,
Lauren
